Refund Policy

At OZONBITE, we value transparency and our users’ trust. That’s why we’ve established this policy to define the circumstances under which a refund may be requested, the conditions that must be met, and the process to follow.

Due to the nature of digital assets and their operation within decentralized environments, refunds are not generally applicable and will only be considered in exceptional cases that are properly verified.

On the Execution of Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed by the network. For this reason, OZONBITE cannot cancel, reverse, or modify any transaction once it has been successfully processed—especially if it was executed using the data provided by the user.

When Is a Refund Applicable?

A refund may only be considered if both of the following conditions are met:

  • The transaction was sent to an incorrect address due to an error directly attributable to OZONBITE, and
  • The user provided the correct recipient information at the time of initiating the transaction.

Any other situation falls outside the scope of this policy.

Cases Where a Refund Will Not Be Granted

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The user entered the wallet address incorrectly or made data input errors.
  • The transaction was successfully processed according to the information provided.
  • There is insufficient evidence to validate the incident.
  • The refund request is made after the established time limit.
  • The error is not attributable to OZONBITE or involves external factors (such as network outages or blockchain congestion).

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case qualifies under this policy, please send your request to: soporte@ozonbite.com
You must include the following information:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address registered with OZONBITE.
  • Date and time of the transaction.
  • Proof of transaction or transaction ID.
  • A clear explanation of the incident, including technical evidence if available (e.g., screenshots, logs, or blockchain hash).

Review and Response Times Our compliance team will review the case and determine whether the refund is applicable. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 to 40 calendar days from the validation of the request.

During this period, we will keep you informed of the case status via email.

How Is the Refund Amount Calculated?

If applicable, the refund will be calculated in U.S. dollars (USD) based on the exchange rate in effect at the time the original transaction was executed. Subsequent changes in the asset’s value will not be recognized.

User Responsibility

By using our services, you agree that you are solely responsible for carefully verifying all data before confirming any transaction. Any errors in addresses, amounts, networks, or asset types are the responsibility of the account holder.

Digital assets do not operate like traditional money. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be undone. Therefore, take the time to review all information before clicking "confirm." This is the best way to protect your funds.
