Acceptance of the Terms

By using the Site—whether through registration, browsing, or explicit acceptance via buttons or forms—the user (hereinafter, the “Client”) confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If acting on behalf of a company, the Client declares that they are legally authorized to bind the company.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and OZONBITE.

Client Declarations

The Client declares under oath to:

• Be over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Use the Site in full compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Acknowledge that access may be restricted in their country or region for regulatory reasons, and accepts responsibility for verifying this.
• Be fully aware of the risks associated with using, storing, and exchanging digital assets.

Definitions

Digital Asset: A digital representation of value accepted as a medium of exchange by individuals or entities, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, and blockchain-based tokens.

Client: A registered user, individual or legal entity, who accesses the services offered by OZONBITE through an active account.

OZONBITE Account: The individual registration created by the Client to manage requests, settings, and communications on the Site.

Technological Intermediation: A service that connects and facilitates interactions between users and specialized third parties, without directly executing digital or financial operations.

Fiat Currency: Government-issued money, such as Mexican pesos, U.S. dollars, euros, among others.

Site: The digital portal of OZONBITE, including all interfaces, functionalities, applications, and tools available to Clients.

Services Offered

OZONBITE provides technological tools and services to operate with digital assets. These include:

• Technological intermediation with authorized providers.
• Transmission of instructions to specialized third parties.
• Exchange of digital assets for fiat currency and vice versa.
• Technical support and user assistance.
• Access to available market offers.
• Communication management between users and providers.
• Informative activity reports and transactional support.

All actual transactions are executed by specialized third parties that comply with applicable financial regulations.

Service availability may vary depending on the Client’s geographic location, applicable legal restrictions, or third-party policies.

Registration and Verification

To access OZONBITE services, the Client must create an account by completing the registration form and providing truthful and up-to-date information. Any false or omitted information may result in account suspension.

The registration process includes:

• Identity verification (KYC).
• Confirmation of age and residency.
• Verification of email and phone number.

This information will be handled solely in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Notice.

OZONBITE reserves the right to reject registration requests without justification and may suspend accounts for noncompliance or associated risks.

Account Use and Security

Only the registered account holder may operate the account. The Client agrees to:

• Keep login credentials secure.
• Log out after each session.
• Immediately report unauthorized access to: soporte@ozonbite.com

Any operation carried out through the account will be deemed to have been performed by the holder, unless proven otherwise. OZONBITE is not liable for damages caused by misuse or negligence in account security.

Cryptographic Keys

Specialized third parties may generate public and private keys for wallet address management. The Client accepts that responsibility for such keys and addresses lies with each provider under their own terms and conditions.

Restrictions and Prohibitions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Site for illegal activities, such as fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Accessing the Site from countries under international sanctions or where crypto asset use is prohibited.
• Sharing accounts, simulating operations, or manipulating markets.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, in severe cases, notification to the relevant authorities.

Cancellation and Termination

OZONBITE may cancel accounts temporarily or permanently when:

• There is suspicion of illegal activity or misuse.
• The Client violates these Terms or applicable laws.
• Account deletion is expressly requested by the Client.
• Duplicate accounts or false registration data are identified.

Upon account closure, the Client will have five (5) business days to withdraw their funds or digital assets. OZONBITE will retain account records for up to five years in accordance with international compliance standards.

Risks and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Client acknowledges that digital assets are volatile instruments and that transactions executed by specialized third parties are final and irreversible.

OZONBITE provides its intermediation services “as is” and does not guarantee:

• Profitability or stability of assets.
• Uninterrupted Site functionality.
• Recovery of funds due to user error.

By using the Site, the Client fully accepts these risks.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, interfaces, code, and designs on the Site are the exclusive property of OZONBITE or used under license. Reproduction, copying, or distribution without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

OZONBITE shall not be liable for:

• Damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Site.
• Economic losses due to Client investment decisions.
• Failures in third-party networks or services beyond its control.

Changes to the Terms

OZONBITE may modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email or announcements on the Site. Changes will take effect fifteen (15) calendar days after publication unless legally required otherwise.
